Piper Morgan Hayes

“Piper” Morgan Hayes grew up in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin and began dancing during fourth grade. In May 2012, she graduated from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Contemporary Dance. Immediately after graduation, she began her graduate studies, a Master of Fine Arts Degree in Dance with Hollins University as well as began the production on a very special artist-in-residence project with the world renowned entertainment icon Cirque du Soleil. In August 2012, the creative dance piece was produced and presented to Cirque du Soleil representatives.
Piper Morgan is continuing to pursue the study of dance, aerial/trapeze arts and a vast array of talented artists. Her focused goal is to expand the arts community in the Midwest by serving as a choreographer, guest artist, and professor of dance as well as forming her own dance company. She has served as a Guest Artist with Washington & Lee University (Lexington, VA), a Guest Teacher with UNCSA, and has performed at Carthage College (Kenosha, WI) and DanceWorks (Milwaukee) in a special performance series known as, “Get It Out There.” In October 2018, she will be serving as a Guest Choreographer with Michigan State University. Currently, she serves as a Faculty Member with the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater teaching Tap, Ballet, Jazz, Pilates and Modern while choreographing several dance pieces each year.
